Company INO Brežice d.o.o. is a producer of smart machines on IoT (internet of things) principal. As a whole package we introduce to our customer INO machine + sensor + smart mobile device. We offer to our customer on line information about work conditions and a level of vibration for professional agricultural and communal machinery.INO VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM is developed for control of the level of vibrations on INO flail mowers and on other devices.The level of vibrations and other useful data can be followed by the smart phone or smart pad with free INO application installed. The on-line wireless connection allows a transmission of data detected by the sensor placed on the flail mower.

Short description

INO VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM is smart solution based on IoT principal, which consists of INO flail mower + sensor + smart mobile device + web application. It offers the users on line information about work conditions for professional agricultural and communal machines. The sensor is measuring the level of vibrations which are send to mobile device. Mobile device stores GPS coordinates, time stamp and vibration levels thru all working process.

Innovation character

Our goal is to control the level of vibrations on flail mowers and consequently on other products, used for public utilities and agricultural land cultivation, where the level of vibration in allowed area is one of the key features for correct, safe and long-lasting operation. Data compilation, collection of information is continued also in the direction of other telemetric information for the purpose of work control on cultivated land. With the data imports from the phone in to the web application the process it powered to on line graphic drawing of cultivated surfaces. On an individual cultivation area, we are keeping track of various attributes, e.g. number of mowing, amounts of yield, fertilization quantity, working temperature, speed of movement, location, etc.

Professional flail mowers with double spiral rotor and therefore up to 24% energy savings (patented solution) and lower maintenance costs are upgraded with:

  • communication between sensor and mobile device without vendor lock limitations

  • on line vibrations control level to enable safe, long-lasting operation and to decrease the maintenance costs

  • mobile application for Android and iOS system

  • telemetric data for determination of productivity level of end user (tractor operator)

  • simple enterprise resource planning web based application

  • useful analytical synthesis data for the extension of the warranty

The Main Idea


Mount the sensor on the machine, download the application from iOS and Android store, connect the sensor with mobile device application and stat to work in the safer environment.

The philosophy of the application is established in the way of road semaphore. We have a  Green, Yellow nbsp;and Red  light. .


The measured data from sensor can be saved on mobile device. We can store GPS coordinates, x,y,z axe vibration levels, temperature and time frame for each second.

With the monitored vibration level, we enable safe, long-lasting operation and decrease of the maintenance costs.

All the data can be stored on the mobile device. In the application you can export the data to another device and view it later on the computer (for example: MS Excel) or you can view it directly on the mobile device.
