AEROMAT A is a precision pneumatic seed drill of unique design, operating on the basis of the overpressure, for sowing maize, sugar beet, beans, peas, root crops etc. Precision seeding is controlled by a special modified seed wheel, driven by a central drive via pneumatic-tyred drive wheels. Gear box offers 72 different plant spacings. Quality construction allows us precise seeding also at the working speed 10 km/h.

With 18-row seed drill for sugar beet we reached the following results:
  - working speed 10km/h
  - 6 Ha seeded in 1 hour
  - 1700 ha seeded in one season
  - seed drill was equipped with INO-TRONIC electronic seed control

During operating the seed is travelling from the seed container through an inlet to the seed wheel. The air flowing from the nozzle into the space in the seed wheel holds the seed at the bottom of the space in position whilst the superfluous seeds are flown back into the antechamber. The seed is now travelling through the housing to the ejection opening. An ejector installed in the housing ensures that any seeds which may be stuck are gently released.

AEROMAT A can be used for different seeding cultures by simple changing of seeding wheels.

Some models of seed drills are modernized with hydraulic markers and hydraulic system for transport position. As an option we can offer also additional divider for tractors with not enough hydraulic connectors.
