Vibrational 2-row subsoiler with pneumatic fertilizer device is purposed for softening the ground and underground fertilizing in vineyards and orchards. |

Softening the ground - due to the permanent tractor use the ground becomes very hard. |

Softening the ground close to the root structure. |

Increasing the aeration, permitting the filtering of surface water down through the profile avoiding ponding and allowing moisture to be stored for use during dry periods. |

Fertilizer spread close to the root structure under the pressure 1 bar. In this way fertilizer (K, P, Mg) moves freely to the roots. Fertilizer spread over the ground is infiltrated into the ground only a few milimetres per year and by the time loses its nature. Therefore this way of fertilizer spreading is less used nowadays. |

The blades cut the ends of the roots, with that regenerate and establish more robust trees and vines. |

Subsoiler can be mounted on 3-point linkage of the tractor II and III cat. 2-vibrational legs vibrate in vertical direction and reach 50 cm depth. Vibrational system allows less HP on the tractor used in comparison with fixed legs. A distance between legs is 80 cm.
Fertilizer device with 180 l capacity uses overpressure FROM THE VENTILATOR at 1 bar and exit speed 100m/s for fertilizer spreading into the root area. |

| At the rear of the subsoiler is a roller for closing and levelling the ground.
The construction is very rigid, ready for use in hard conditions. The optimum working speed depends on the soil and
other conditions but should not be more than 1,5km/h. |
