NEW TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS FOR HIGH QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN INO:


TURBINE VERTICAL BLASTING CHAMBER
It is purposed for surface finishing with steel round abrasives before powder painting. With this procedure we get completely clean surfaces of welded and laser cut components for INO products. This type of blasting chamber assures quality paint cover on the surface. Consequently high anti-corrosive protection is achieved (testing results till 500 hours of salt chamber).

  


PRESS BRAKE WITH HANDLING ROBOT
It is purposed for curving frames and other components for flail mowers. Precise curving, increased productivity and simple manoevring with handling robot are the most important reasons for this investment.

  


WELDING ROBOT WITH HANDLING UNIT AND AUTOMATIC DOSING DEVICE
This robot tandem was installed for precise welding of frames, rotor shafts and other components.

   


AUTOMATIC POWDER PAINTING UNIT
Due to the requirements for high quality anticorrosive protection this powder painting unit replaced the old one. High quality, nice gloss, durability, resistance to blows and healthier working conditions are main advantages ahead of the old system.

 

INTERNATIONALY ACKNOWLEDGED FOCUS TEST FOR FERTI-2

Fertiliser spreader with two discs FERTI-2 1000 l has succesfully passed FOCUS TEST, performed by DLG - German Agricultural Society. At testing of all three types of fertiliser we reached very good results. VK- a koeficient of variation was at some testings even between 5-6%.

FLAIL MOWER EURO (230, 250, 280) WITH DOUBLE SPIRAL ROTOR SHAFT

Flail mower EURO with double spiral rotor shaft is designed for intensive cutting grass on green areas as well as for shredding crop residues on agriculture areas and for bushes. It is excellent for shredding forest edges, with possibility to cut some branches till 6 cm.

FLAIL MOWER MKS PLUS FOR PUBLIC AREAS AND FOR VINEYARDS

Flail mower MKS PLUS is used for cutting grass, low bushes, branches and crop residues on public areas such as banks and verges and on agriculture areas on uneven terrains. Its special construction allows operating in different horisontal and vertical positions, under angle +90º/-65º. Its rigid construction assures cutting quality, long lasting and high resistance also in hard working conditions.

   

Flail mower MKS PLUS 225 was awarded by a Gold Medal on Agriculture Show in Gornja Radgona.
